How do I make an appointment?
We ask you to guarantee your spa, salon or float reservation with a major
credit card (M/C, Visa, American Express, Discover). If you are
running late, just call us and let us know and we’ll do our best to
hold your appointment.
What
do I do when I arrive?
We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled
appointment time to give you time to change, get settled and just
relax. See the receptionist at our front desk and she’ll help you
get settled.
Payment –
Evia Spa accepts all debit and credit
cards, as well as cash and personal checks. Gift certificates are
available online or at our front desk – when using a gift certificate,
please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment. Cancellation Policy –
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests of individual appointments, 48 hours’ notice for spa packages consisting of up to 3 services and 72 hours’ notice for packages consisting of 4 or more services. Late cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost, and no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy also applies to pre-paid services and gift certificates. Cancellation/ rescheduling requests may be submitted via email or voicemail if you are unable to reach us by phone. Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your treatment time may be considered as a “no show” and the cancellation fee may apply.
